The Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) Knowledge Exchange is a collection of over 500 sites dedicated to providing detailed medical information to 20,000 Department of Defense medical professionals. In addition to providing a vast repository of medical documentation, the Knowledge Exchange (Kx) also provides a robust community where physicians, medical staff, administrators, and technicians can connect with one another from locations around the world. This network of medical professional helps ensure that expertise and advice is easily attained whether the individual is in the U.S., on the battlefield, or stationed in a remote location.
