Capitalizing on the evolution of pervasive mobile Internet use, Rightmove saw the applicationas a way to extend the exposure of its agents while changing the face of house hunting witha more convenient and dynamic approach.
The iPhone app needed to incorporate the website's functionality while taking advantage of cutting edge location-based technology to allow house hunters to search for properties in their immediate vicinities, in addition to the traditional area-speci?c search tool.
The Solution

The app allows mobile users to search for properties bykeying in their zip code or by using the real-time GPS technology embedded in the iPhoneto search their current locations.
